commission T.O.S.» i reserve the right to determine the final price of a commission. extra props, changes, etc will affect the cost» you may not repost, trace, or steal my art» i won't start a commission until you pay at least half of the payment and i receive it.» i'll always send pictures of the sketch, lineart, and base colors. please ask me to change anything then» you have every right to ask how the commission is going! i'm completely okay with you checking in on progress» if i don't finish the commission i'll give you a:
100% refund if i haven't started
80% refund if i've finished the sketch
40% refund if i've done the lineart
20% if the colors have been put down
no refund if i've completed the shading (if applicable)» i’m free to share your the art you commissioned me to do and use it to promote myself. proper credit will be given (for example, i won’t claim ownership of your character or sell the art as merch)

design T.O.S.» i reserve the right to decline customs, adopt purchases and to determine the final price» you cannot trace, claim my design as your own / give insufficient credit, steal, or copy my designs» refunds will be given on a case by case basis» once bought, you may change the design however you want» if you offered with art, you have 4 weeks to finish the offer. please let me know if you'd like more time!» i’m free to share your the custom you bought from me and use it to promote myself. proper credit will be given (i won’t claim ownership of the character or sell the art as merch, for example)» if you purchased a design, you may not resell it at a higher price unless you also added something else to the character's profile, such as art (personal art can also add to the characters value, not just commissioned art)

code T.O.S.» comment if you're using any of my codes!» you must keep the credit. deleting credit/not giving adequate credit will result in a blacklist» distributing my codes to sell without my permission will result in a blacklist and public warning» feel free to contact me for coding help! i will try to answer all questions as well as i can
